At present, we do not post any such information. Is the personal information that parents consent to give on behalf of their children shared with or distributed to parties that are unrelated to the company?

No, although in an effort to continuously improve our products we may share anonymous compiled statistics about our online traffic with outside product developers and marketing
professionals. We do not sell, rent or exchange personal information, and if we ever considered changing that policy we would first seek parental consent in each instance. Any personal information that is provided to us remains securely in our database where it can be retrieved for the parent to review, correct or request deletion of at any time.

Is the submission of personal information ever needed as a condition for participating in an online activity, or to access part of the website?

Some of our activities, such as story or creation submissions, games, e-cards, newsletters, sweepstakes and contests may require the collection of personally identifiable information.
